- Candidates agree to comply with the employment terms offered by the respective employer upon placement.
6. Client Obligations
- Clients are responsible for providing detailed, clear, and accurate job descriptions, including necessary qualifications, experience, and working conditions.
- Verification and due diligence related to candidate credentials and background are the client’s responsibility.
- Clients must adhere to all applicable labor laws, employment standards, and ethical recruitment practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Rajveer Facility Services acts as a facilitator only and shall not be held responsible or liable for any conduct, performance, decisions, or disputes arising between clients and candidates after recruitment.
- Under no circumstances shall Rajveer Facility be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our services or website.
8. Confidentiality
- Both clients and candidates agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared information during the recruitment process.
- Rajveer Facility Services commits to protecting personal and business information and will not disclose such data to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if users breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
